All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Please note that items may ship from different warehouses separately.
Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Straight 2 Kinky is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
